We welcome people from all backgrounds, cultures and fitness levels to join our classes. Whether you are a beginner, seasoned yoga practitioner or someone in between, we have classes available to suit you . You are welcome to try any class you like, first class is complimentary.

WHAT TO BRING
You will need a yoga mat, towel and bottle of water.
